Sunday, April 6 | Sky Sport City
Sunday’s Pickle Mixer 4th Edition brought together eight teams for a lively afternoon of friendly competition, upbeat tunes, and classic PPC fun. The tournament welcomed a great mix of familiar players and enthusiastic newcomers—including several who have only recently joined our community and already made a big impression on court. The format kept everyone moving and engaged, with rotating matchups and plenty of opportunities for social play and exciting rallies.
As always, the energy off-court matched the action on it. We wrapped things up with pizza, laughs, and a little birthday celebration for one of our players—adding to the already festive atmosphere that makes our mixers so special.
Podium Highlights
🥇 Josef Kurka Sr. & Emily Piersialla – impressive teamwork and consistency throughout!
🥈 Špela Kopač & Abhijeet Chavan – this dynamic newcomer duo brought fresh energy and sharp play, quickly making a name for themselves in the PPC community!
🥉 Vlaďka Šedá & Dita Daňhelková – earned third place after a tight match cut short — a strong comeback and great spirit!
Special kudos to Brenda Manfredi & Diego Tavella, whose final, tight match for 3rd place was cut short due to an injury. We wish a speedy recovery and thank them for their sportsmanship and energy.
Thanks to all who joined—see you at the next Mixer!
