We’re still buzzing from the incredible energy at the Queen’s Cup last Saturday! With 50 participants and 32 entries across two divisions – Novice and Advanced – this was the first and largest women’s-only pickleball tournament ever held in the Czech Republic.
The event was jointly hosted by PPC and our friends at Lotus Pickleball, who helped secure our generous sponsors MetLife, Slavia Insurance, and TAMDA FOODS. Thanks to their support, we were able to offer cash prizes and gifts for the top three teams in each category.
The day kicked off bright and early with the Novice division, which ran until early afternoon. The competition was fierce, and although for many it was their first-ever tournament, their practice and dedication were on full display. They fought hard for every point, all while showing incredible sports(wo)manship and keeping the fun alive! The day wrapped up with the Advanced division, where teams from Lotus and PPC brought their A-game in an exciting, good-spirited showdown.
A heartfelt thank you to all participants for making this event so special—we can’t wait to welcome even more of you next year!
