After a resounding success last year, Lotus Pickleball hosted the 2nd Prague Pickleball Open on January 10–11 at BB Arena Štěrboholy. Played across seven courts, the tournament welcomed a record-breaking 160 players competing in Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles in A and B categories. The event featured doubles on Saturday, followed by mixed doubles on Sunday, delivering two full days of high-quality competition.
The PPC was well represented across all categories, with strong performances and multiple podium finishes from our players!
Lotus Pickleball set the bar high once again with great organization and a strong focus on player experience. The total prize pool exceeded 60,000 CZK in value, combining cash prizes, Pickleball Apes paddles, restaurant vouchers, and—memorably—10 kg bags of rice. Players were also treated to free water bottles and fruit, with the option to pre-order Vietnamese BBQ sandwiches.
A big thank you to Lotus Pickleball for a wonderful event and for continuing to raise the bar for tournaments in the Czech Republic!
