Eligibility for Replacements
We only offer replacements in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or defective.
If you believe your product qualifies for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that in most cases of defective or incorrect products, you will not need to return the item — we will confirm this once your request is reviewed.
Non-Returnable Items

We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
